We’re excited to welcome our first guest blogger, Tamara from Three M Parties!

A few days ago, I was having a conversation with my six-year old son – he’s the youngest of my three children and definitely the most outspoken. He asked me if I loved him. My answer was an emphatic “yes!” He then asked if I loved his siblings, naming each of them. Once again, my answer was “yes.” That sounds like a sweet little conversation most moms have with their kids occasionally, right? It didn’t end there. He then said, “But you love me the most, right?” How does one even answer that? I told him that I love all of them equally. He didn’t want to hear that. He wanted to know who I love the most – and he wanted a name!

Drumroll

Today we hosted a fun giveaway. We asked our fans which American Girl was their daughter’s favorite. We enjoyed reading the comments. Facebook fan Kimmer was randomly chosen as our winner
Each time we do an American Girl themed party or event, I’m reminded of the days spent playing with my daughter and her dolls…..reading stories to her when she was just in Kindergarten, then with her as she got older. With the (not so) small fortune we spent on her dolls/accessories at the time, I couldn’t wait for her to outgrow her interest in the dolls. Now that she’s a teenager, and we pass by the American Girl store at the mall and head to Pack Sun instead, I secretly miss our American Girl days.

Drumroll…..

Today we hosted a fun giveaway of a stylish  American Girl backpack.  We asked our fans which American Girl was their daughter’s favorite.  We enjoyed reading all of the comments. Facebook fan Kimmerwas randomly chosen as our winner. Congrats!

Each time we do an American Girl themed party or event, I’m reminded of days spent playing with my own daughter and her dolls…reading books to her when she was just in Kindergarten, then with her as she got older.  With the (not so) small fortune that was spent on her dolls/accessories back then, I couldn’t for her to outfrown her interest in the dolls. Now that she’s a teenager, and we walk past the American Girl store as head for Pac Sun, I secretly miss our American Girl days.

Tink!

Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, dreams are forever – Tinkerbell

Tinkerbell (also called Tink) is sassy, feisty, and fun loving. She’s the fairy we all know and love.  Who better to help you celebrate your birthday??

Last week, we threw a first birthday party/extravaganza for a sweet little girl. First birthdays are a celebration for the entire family, not just the birthday child. It’s a way of remembering a year that when you’re going through it, seems so long. Yet when you look back on it, you wonder where all the time went. It’s filled with milestones and so many new experiences. A baby learns and grows immensely during that first year….and so do the parents. So, how do you celebrate such a year? You call all of the people who have been a part of it, and you have a big party!

Here are a few highlights from Friday’s party.

Wanted……moms who love a great party, but don’t love all the prep work.  As parents, one of the things we all wish we had more of is time with our children. That’s where we come in. While we can’t turn back the hands of time, we can help by taking care of the details of your child’s party. What that means for you is no running around before the party, and time spent actually enjoying the party with your child. Consistently, we hear from our clients that they truly appreciate not having to worry about all of the little (and big) things that go along with planning a party.  They also enjoy participating in their child’s party, instead of being in charge of it.

Whether you have a a little cowboy, jedi, or a princess at home, we’d welcome to have the opportunity to help you and your family celebrate your child’s next birthday! Think about what you’ll do with all that extra time not spent worrying about the big day….
